For Arms Workout

Bicep Curls: Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart, and hold the ends of the band with your palms facing upward. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, curl your hands toward your shoulders, contracting your biceps. Slowly lower your hands back down and repeat.

Tricep Extensions: Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart, and hold one end of the band with both hands. Extend your arms overhead, keeping them close to your ears. Slowly bend your elbows, lowering your hands behind your head. Straighten your arms back up, squeezing your triceps at the top, and repeat.

Shoulder Press: Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the ends of the band at shoulder height. Push your arms up overhead, fully extending them while keeping your core engaged. Slowly lower your arms back down and repeat.

For Hips Workout

Squats: Step on the band with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the ends of the band at your shoulders, with palms facing forward. Bend your knees and hips, lowering into a squat position while keeping your chest up and knees aligned with your toes. Push through your heels to stand back up, engaging your glutes and thighs. Repeat.

Glute Bridges: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place the band just above your knees. Engage your glutes and lift your hips off the ground until your body forms a straight line from knees to shoulders. Squeeze your glutes at the top and slowly lower back down. Repeat.

For Leg Workout

Lateral Band Walks: Place the band around your ankles and stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your knees slightly bent and step to the side with one foot, maintaining tension in the band. Bring the other foot to meet it, then step sideways in the opposite direction. Repeat for a few steps in each direction.

Clamshells: Lie on your side with your knees bent and band wrapped just above your knees. Keeping your feet together, lift your top knee as high as you can while maintaining tension in the band. Slowly lower it back down. Repeat on both sides.
