As someone that has a bit of a temperamental scalp, detox shampoos are always appealing to me. I have been testing out the new Living proof Clarifying Detox Shampoo. Here’s what you need to know.
My Review of Living proof Clarifying Detox Shampoo
As I said at the top, I love anything that will detox my scalp. I have suffered on and off with scalp issues, and have experienced bouts of flakiness and irritation many times since I was a child. However, because I colour my hair, I need to be careful that I don’t strip my strands of moisture. Products have to be gentle.
When I saw the dark colour of the Living proof Clarifying Detox Shampoo I got quite excited because I love anything with activated charcoal and this screams charcoal!
The Living proof Clarifying Detox Shampoo is formulated with activated charcoal and this absorbs all those impurities that build up on the scalp that cause irritation. It leaves my scalp feeling so clean and fresh, yet it is super gentle.
If you are looking for a shampoo to use as a weekly reset for your hair and scalp, I can’t recommend this enough. Thumbs up.
