LENVII LV-399B Portable Bluetooth Label Printer is only suitable for printing thermal labels and receipt paper. If the printed paper is not a thermal material, the text or pattern cannot be printed.

Search and download the “MLabel” APP through the mobile phone application center or Google App Store to use the editor. There is no fee for our app!

If you don’t want to register an account when you use it for the first time, you can directly enter the general account number: “MHT” to log in, skip the registration step. Registering for an account allows customers to keep labels to find and print again in the future.

Thermal label printers can only print black.

Whether to support printing thermal receipt paper ?

Yes, the Bluetooth printer supports printing thermal label paper/thermal receipt paper.

NOTE: The printer defaults to printing on label stock. If you need to convert the ticket paper to print. Please change the Printer Settings menu option: Paper and CMD Modification.

Can this label maker machine print labels in color ?

This is not a color label maker, it prints black only.

The paper prints normally, but cannot print text and graphic content.

Please check whether the loaded paper is thermal material, the printer uses thermal printing technology. Only supports printing on thermal paper, no ink or toner is required.Simpler operation and installation.

How to solve the problem of unable to install and use?
